The hotel was well priced and in a central location next to the Tokyo train station, Quiet Neighborhood, and a more of a local neighborhood than a tourist area. The room was brand-new with twin beds, had a good night's sleep.

The rooms are really small and the personnel doesn't speak English very well. The hotel restaraunt is closed for the most of the time. However, the Hotel is clean and not bad. There's a good street and calm street near its windows. It's not so close to the nearest subway station (Kiba Station), but you will enjoy this promenade. In overall, it's 2.5 of 5 hotel. It's good if you have a economy-class trip, but nothing more.

Just a prime choice for a cursory stop in Tokyo with fantastic value for money. The location is quite handy, just a short walk from Kiba Station, making it easy to connect to other lines. Make sure to have your directions handy for the first time. It can be tricky to find.

Bed was comfortable.
As traffic line is not good then the space is felt too small. Especially the desk is hard to use.

Here's my point of view
The breakfast offers decent choices, and the staff is genuinely helpful, using Google Translate for communication. Room size is compact, typical for Japan, but is clean and tidy. Ideal for budget travelers who seek simplicity over luxury.

The location was great for our family trip, just a short walk to the subway. The staff were friendly, even letting us store our luggage when we arrived early. We had plenty of nearby convenience stores for snacks.
My kids wished the room was more spacious for our family. It was a little cramped, especially with four of them running around.
